Thai Crab Stir Fried with Curry Powder Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Crab (or more if you prefer) Clean the crab by removing the shell and chopping into pieces
- 1 Tablespoon garlic minced
- 1/2 onion sliced into half moons
- 1/2 cube Knorr bouillon cubes
- 100 g water
- 2 eggs
- 50 g milk
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Thai Chile Paste Oil From the top of the jar
- 1 Tablespoon Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce
- 1/2 Tablespoon Maggi Seasoning Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 Pinch Pepper
- 2 Stalks Spring Onion
- 2 Stalks Chinese Celery
- 1 Red Mildly Spicy Chili diagonal sliced

Instructions
- Heat the water over medium heat. Once the water begins to bubble, add Knorr bouillon cubes. After another minute, stir with a wooden spoon. Pour soup to a bowl and set a side.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat; Add the oil to pan, and swirl to coat.
- Add garlic, onion and crab and cook until cook through, about 1 minutes.
- Add the soup.
- Add milk, thai Chile paste oil, golden mountain seasoning sauce, maggi seasoning sauce, light soy sauce, oyster Sauce. Mix everything together and stir for about 5 minutes.
- Add pepper, spring onion, chinese celery and red mildly spicy chili and stir well.
- Add egg to the pan over high heat and stir well until cooked. Spoon onto a serving plate.
