Thai Crab Stir Fried with Curry Powder Recipe

  • 1 Crab (or more if you prefer) Clean the crab by removing the shell and chopping into pieces
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1/2 onion sliced into half moons
  • 1/2 cube Knorr bouillon cubes
  • 100 g water
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g milk
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Thai Chile Paste Oil From the top of the jar
  • 1 Tablespoon Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Maggi Seasoning Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Pinch Pepper
  • 2 Stalks Spring Onion
  • 2 Stalks Chinese Celery
  • 1 Red Mildly Spicy Chili diagonal sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons Cooking o


  1. Heat the water over medium heat. Once the water begins to bubble, add Knorr bouillon cubes. After another minute, stir with a wooden spoon. Pour soup to a bowl and set a side.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat; Add the oil to pan, and swirl to coat.
  3. Add garlic, onion and crab and cook until cook through, about 1 minutes.
  4. Add the soup.
  5. Add milk, thai Chile paste oil, golden mountain seasoning sauce, maggi seasoning sauce, light soy sauce, oyster Sauce. Mix everything together and stir for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add pepper, spring onion, chinese celery and red mildly spicy chili and stir well.
  7. Add egg to the pan over high heat and stir well until cooked. Spoon onto a serving plate.
